Hello.
I'm Gary, one of your two County Borough Councillors.
As a proud member of Welsh Labour, I believe in a better, fairer and greener future for all of Wrexham's communities.
Here in Brymbo, Tanyfron and Vron I believe there are things we can change that will help us to build and realise that better future.
By using your vote you've put your faith in me to do what I said I would do to help achieve these changes.
I commit to trying my best, but I can't achieve change on my own. Will you join me? Drop me a line or give me a call if you want to meet up and talk through ideas or things to build on and improve.
My three promises
During the election I made three promises. I will work for you - and with you - to ensure that:
PROMISE 1. ...we get the long-overdue regeneration of the former steelworks site that will bring the new school, health centre, shops and facilities we've been promised for decades;
PROMISE 2. ...residents can access a comprehensive local package of measures to address the impacts of the cost of living crisis; and
PROMISE 3. ...there is fairness in the way our community facilities and open spaces are owned, managed and resourced, in order to enhance the roles they can play in our community.
I hope you'll judge me on how fully I deliver on these promises.
